How does the Card work
There are symbols on the outside of the card which indicate which side has an energetic effect and which side has a calming effect. The side with the arrows carries a clockwise rotating energy that has a stimulating and energetic power. The side with the loops carries energy that rotates counterclockwise. It has a calming and soothing effect on the body.
Get that extra boost
When you feel that a certain part of your body needs that little extra attention, you can hold the metal strips on the sides of the card to increase the strength. The body itself generates a few millivolts which amplify the effect of the HQR technology when touching the metal strips.
